Hi, I'm Hoang Nguyen — a passionate Engineer with a deep passion for building things that work, work well, and keep working.
I've been working remotely for years, collaborating with teams across different time zones to ship products that span the full stack — from REST APIs and cloud infrastructure to modern front-end applications.
Over the years I've had the chance to work across a broad range of technologies and domains: designing scalable backend services, wiring up CI/CD pipelines, building React and Next.js applications, and exploring the growing world of AI tooling. I enjoy the challenge of understanding a system end-to-end — not just the layer I happen to be working on today.
I write on this blog to share what I learn along the way. Topics tend to cluster around Cloud & DevOps, API design, engineering practices, and the occasional personal reflection. If even one post saves someone an hour of debugging or gives them a new perspective, that's a win.
When I'm not at the keyboard, I'm probably exploring a new city, hunting for good local food, or procrastinating on my ever-growing reading list. 📚
